Shipping policy
PLACING AN ORDER
In-stock items will be shipped in one or two business days from Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Items are usually shipped in one package, but sometimes items may arrive separately.
Bad weather or peak periods may cause shipping delays.
FREE & UPGRADED SHIPPING
Free or upgraded shipping offers may be extended to U.S. customers at certain times of the year for certain products and/or minimum purchase thresholds.
MISSING SHIPMENTS
Once a carrier has taken possession of a package, shipping is the responsibility of the carrier until it is delivered to your property. i30 Media cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is missing, please follow these steps:
- Check to see if the package was left in a different location on your property than usual. Most items will be delivered in a rigid white cardboard envelope, about 10 inches by 12 inches, and may not be able to fit in a normal household mailbox or mail slot. Some items may come in USPS Priority Mail envelopes or boxes.
- If you live in an apartment building, condo, or townhouse, see if it was left with a neighbor or a property manager/front desk.
- For packages delivered by the U.S. Post Office, take a few minutes to contact your local post office and ask them if it was held at the office or is still with the carrier. Use this tool to find the local number for the office. Note that the Post Office may have questions about your property that only you can answer.
We sometimes see cases where the package was placed in a different location or held by the mail carrier. Spending a few minutes to check may reveal its location.
